Is bespoke eCommerce packaging more cost-effective than standard sizes?
While we do offer standard 0201 boxes, we will always recommend bespoke packaging that is specifically crafted to your product.
This is a much more cost-effective solution as you avoid the amount of void-fill needed (such as plastic air cushions), lower the weight for shipping costs, reduce any waste, and reduce any expenses for returns from potentially damaged goods during transit.
What materials do you work with for eCommerce packaging?
This varies depending on the type of packaging we use.
For online businesses shipping out smaller, non-fragile products – such as clothing or accessories – we’d recommend a plastic mailing bag as the entire container, or outer wrap for extra protection on boxes.
For more delicate or bulk products – such as beauty, cosmetics, and homeware, or food and beverage orders for shops – we’d recommend corrugated cardboard packaging for its heavy-duty protection.
